Brief on how this laser triangulation sensor & system function:

The system consists of one or two Laser triangulation sensors connected via 1394b to an industrial PC The Crosscheck server sits in the Windows XP™ os. Environment. The CrossCheck Server performs Shape Tool calculations and passes the results to the HMI client, I/O devices, light tower, or streamed as text to an Ethernet port. The server also sends profile data and ShapeTool results to the Ethernet port.

The CrossCheck Viewer is a viewing tool definition and configuration application. Via ethernet connectivity to the PC controller or sitting on the same PC as the server; the CrossCheck Viewer is a visual application that displays results and allows the user to create Shape Tools, see their measurement results, view the real-time profiles being generated by the laser triangulation sensor, and to configure the laser triangulation sensor.

Commercially, we can participate with you as the hardwware provider. This would provide you with the laser triangulation sensor, software and cable sets. However, we can also step furhter into your application requirements by providing the following support functions:
